I specialize in eLearning simulations, gamified training, and simplifying complex technical content into engaging, results-driven learning experiences.

Before stepping into instructional design, I worked hands-on in tech and was able to lead technical training sessions for support teams. I found that I was able to anticipate the questions learners are too hesitant to ask and could design learning content that answered them in way that felt clear, creative, and genuinely helpful.

 

Across every role, one constant emerged: I was the person asked to train others. From a Starbucks barista trainer to technical support mentor, I’ve built my career around helping people learn by doing.
